Who Are Mindful Partners?

We are a specialist recruitment agency helping people return to work who have survived poor mental health.

We partner great candidates with exceptional employers for happy, long term employment.

How Do We Do This?

By providing tailored support to candidates and employers, we can place the right employee with the right employer.

Access to mental health professionals is always available. All our candidate also receive 12 months of complimentary access to Big White Wall, an online mental health forum where they can speak to professionals and other survivors any time.

We take our time with each candidate, allowing them to explore their strengths, worries, and career wish list before providing tailored and sensitive practical job application support.

Why Do We Care?

Poor mental health can happen at any time to anybody but that doesn’t mean the survivor is washed up, has less to contribute, or cannot return to their career.

Our own personal experiences are testimony to that.

Survivors of anxiety, depression, stress, or other mental illnesses are often highly resourceful, tenacious, and focused individuals. Bringing them back into the workplace, fully supported, helps both the candidate and the employer.
